INGREDIENTS & ASSEMBLY
apples • pears • star anise syrup • oat crumble • almond gelato (coconut meat, cashews, almond milk)
Stewed Apples & Pairs - Mix slices with spices and sweetener, then use a sous-vide or dehydrator method to get the desired consistency.
Oat crumble - mixing oat flour, cashew flour, maple syrup and other spices. Dehydrate and crumble.
Almond Gelato - is made with blended cashews and almond milk, along with seasonings and coconut meat. This is frozen or added to an ice cream maker.
Plate with star anise syrup. Delicious!
