No-bake Banana Bread
Banana bread you don't have to bake? Yes please! This bread is sweet, dense and great for breakfast or a pick me up. It's full of healthy nuts and oats to regulate blood sugar and give you energy.
I never realised you could use a dehydrator to make bread. Yes folks, yes you can. This is a dish made as part of the Matthew Kenney Cuisine Academy: Level I - Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine. For copyright purposes I cannot share the exact recipe, but I will share the photos and main ingredients below. You need a dehydrator in order to make this exact bread, as it is raw. I also found a similar recipe from Pure Food & Fitness which also looks really good and uses date paste instead of agave/maple syrup, so you can try that too.
INGREDIENTS & ASSEMBLY
Ripe bananas • oat flour • maple syrup • pecans • flax • almond flour • spices
To make, mix all ingredients together, form into a loaf shape, and freeze. Then slice, dehydrate, and enjoy!
